About Us

Doolittle Pet Hospital was a dream and a vision of two brothers Mandeep and Amar. Mandeep had his own pet hospitals in Pittsburg and Winters, California that he was forced to close after a serious car accident that left him in a coma for 2 months.  As a business developer, Amar knew he could apply his skills during the pandemic to open a new veterinary hospital closer to home.  Seeing a high demand for timely veterinary services, Amar found the location, remodeled the suite and acquired the staff and equipment needed to provide a much-needed service.  With a location on Doolittle Drive in San Leandro, the name was a given!
